With Daisy's Nutritional coaching, every session blends evidence-based dietary guidance with holistic wellness, drawing on Western herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and vitalist principles. These unique plans are crafted to recalibrate body and mind, support nervous system health, and encourage joyful engagement—whether through mindful eating, playful self-care, or connection with nature and animals. Root-cause healing is at the heart of these offerings, guiding clients to sustainable change, radiant vitality, and a deeper understanding of how sunlight, hormones, and seasonal rhythms impact true nourishment. Guiding you to connect with your body's needs, functional nutrition, and the energetics of food types. This can be done as a stand alone session, or following a full consultation and health plan, I can help you explore and have a deeper dive into the Nutritional section of your health plan.
