Measure out 25g into your steaming bowl, prepare in ceremony/ meditation, focusing on your intention for the session. When you are ready pour over hot water, not exceeding 77 Degrees celcius. Give gratitude and make your way into your steaming position. (if you don't have a temperature control option, then boil the kettle and leave to cool for aproximately 12 minuites)
