I've been truly enchanted by the wonderful herb Inula helenium, Elecampane.I added it to a personal formula a couple of months ago. It is thriving in the garden where I planted it a couple of years ago, and this week I have had the urge to create a flower essence with it. So with my (slowly developing) spagyric knowledge I decided upon the date and time to do this.
Planetary influences are a corner-stone of Spagyric preparations, in order to 'harvest' the planetary energetics and archetype which the plant exudes. I chose 8:02-9:18am this morning (Mercury Hour) , on the day and time of the New Moon in Leo.

The messages I got when preparing were exquisite: 'We burn away stagnancy. We are created of love, grace, strength and courage. We release trapped love and give it the courage to stand and sing. We align with the elements, fire is our nature, earth is our strength, water is our courage and air is our grace. We are purposeful in what we do, as it all comes from the centre of our being, our hearts. We strengthen the path between the heart and solar centre which connects our will with our body.

Strengthening our heart and giving us the courage to express and lead with it' Elecampane is energetically and physically sanatising. It is course correcting and is only interested in 'getting the job done' in alignment with our true will. Elecampane, is the archetype of Mercury in Leo.

It expresses itself as such, both in its physical and energetic world. Plants are medicine, in the way that, when we take them, they express their energetic archetype within us, causing us to shift into union with its expression.
